REGISTRATION and GENERAL REGULATION for LESSONS in OSTUNI

The minimum age to be registered as a student is 18 years. You must to register at least 30 days before the beginning of the course. To obtain more details, please fill out your declaration of interest form and then email it to the school. To be registered it will be necessary a deposit by bank transfer in euros: 100% of the registration fee + 50% of the classes + 30% of the accommodation.

IMPORTANT: Any banking expenses will be the responsibility of the student.

In the reason for payment section, it’s necessary to fill out your full name, the course required and the dates of the course. You’ll receive an email as the official confirmation of the registration as soon as your bank wire is arrived. The balance will be paid cash on the first day. In case you’ll be the only student of your course, your lesson hours will be halved and the rate cannot be changed. The price of the course doesn’t include any kind of insurance. We reserve the right to accept or reject requests over the time limit mentioned above, according to the period and availability.

Accommodation: we can book the accommodation for you from 4pm on weekend before the beginning of the classes until 10am on weekend after the end of the classes. The school DOES NOT rent homes. We just facilitates the contacts between the students and the owners. The homes are reserved for students of the school only. The school is not responsible for the relations between the owners and the students. We do offer assistance for whatever need might arise during your stay. The balance for the home will be paid at the check-in to the school or to the owners, as you prefer. For late arrivals, even only one day, reductions in price cannot be possible. If you have to leave earlier than expected, no refund will be possible. IMPORTANT: in case of cancellation, NO refund of the deposit paid for the accommodation will be possible.

Cancellations: any type of cancellation must be communicated by e-mail to the school. If you cancel your classes 30 days or more before the beginning of the course, the full amount you have paid will be refunded (except the expenses). By cancelling from 29 to 15 days before the beginning of the course, 50% of the amount already paid will be refunded (except the expenses). If you cancel from 14 days to the day of the beginning of the course, no refund will be possible. In case of cancellation, the money paid for the classes can be used for later courses, up to a year ahead (by renewing the annual registration fee). If you have to give up the course you can reuse the deposit already paid for another date, at the latest within 12 months. If the course is postponed to the following year, only the annual registration fee will have to be paid again. If you attend inconstantly or give up during the course, no refunds will be possible. The registration fee paid cannot be transferred to another person. IMPORTANT: in case of cancellation, NO refund of the deposit paid for the accommodation will be possible.

Transfers: the registration fee includes transport by private car from railway station to the accommodation, and return, from 8am to 7pm. It’s necessary to request this service by filling out your contact/interest form. After booking this service, please let us know the arrival day and time at least three days before. In case of delay, please contact the school by phone as soon as possible. If you arrive in Ostuni on your own and wish to be guided to your accommodation, please contact the school. The service is free from 8am to 7pm. For different schedules an additional fee will be charge and the service will need to be booked.

Competent jurisdiction: in case of any legal dispute, the recognised court shall be the Court of Brindisi and italian law shall be applied.
