APULIAN FOOD COOKERY CLASS
For those who want to try preparing a traditional Apulian dish, we are happy to share with you the recipes of our grandmothers. Informal and enjoyable cookery class are usually held at the school by a expert, passionate and qualified trusted local cook.

Just to get an idea of what you can learn to cook. And also what it will be possible to enjoy:
- Starters: tarallini, frise e friselline, mozzarelle, burrata, ricotta, etc…
- Seasonal vegetables: turnips, chicory, cherry tomatoes, obergines, artichokes, etc…
- Local olive oil: organic e.v.o.
- Hand made pasta: orecchiette, maccheroncini, tria, etc…
- Main local dishes: Orecchiette alle cime di rape, Ciceri e tria, Braciole, Fave e cicorie, Tiella, etc…
- Local wines: Primitivo, Negramaro, Ottavianello, Susumaniello, etc…
- Desserts: local almonds biscuits, ice cream, etc…
The lesson takes place on one afternoon and lasts about three hours and ends with the dinner.
